Times of Refreshing
In August 2019, Prophet (DR) S.K Abiara visited Ottawa, the capital city of Canada to minister unto believers under the auspices of Prayerville Christian Fellowship. His visit led to weekly online prayer meeting called Times of Refreshing (previously called Tell Jesus). Previously, Pastor Israel Abiara visited the city severally to encourage believers after God directed him to start an interdenominational fellowship.

Israel's Abiara's ministry has blossomed immensely from the time he ministered on TV just before his tenth birthday.
Israel was raised by Christian Ministers, Prophet (Dr) S.K Abiara and Prophetess C. A Abiara. Israel grew to love the Lord, and he served as a Choir, Sunday School Teacher, Prayer Warrior and Evangelical Team Member. In July 2013, God spoke to Israel to free the captives and raise mature Christians. Israel carries on this mission by preaching, teaching, singing and writing.
